My Experience with using Upakarma Pure Shilajit Resin Immunity Booster
I generally take just a pea size of Uparkarma Pure Shilajit resin and mix it with lukewarm water and drink it after my meal. It is generally recommended to take Shilajit is 300 to 500 milligrams per day and usage should be started after consulting a doctor.
Upakarma Ayurveda’s Pure Shilajit comes in a glass jar neatly packed in a cardboard packaging and it looks very sophisticated.
As mentioned earlier I take pea size resin and mix it with 1 cup of lukewarm water. It definitely tastes like an Ayurvedic medicine. It is a dark chocolate colour gooey resin.
