As I read the line “buy Magnum Opus of lipstick” I was intrigued to try a number of shades of this very affordable makeup brads. Yes, it is none other than Wet N Wild. And today I am talking about 5 gorgeous shades that I picked during Nykaa sale. These are my Top 6 Wet N Wild Megalast Lipsticks!

My Experience with my Top 6 Wet n Wild MegaLast Lipsticks
Wet n Wild MegaLast Lip Color lipsticks come in nice see through plastic packaging. The bullet colour is clearly visible through the cap of the lipstick which makes it easier to know the shade name if you have more than one colour. As per Nykaa’s website there are 29 colours available and I picked 5 shades from this range while the Nykaa sake offer time and Now I am actually obsessed with these gorgeous colours.
Pigmentation: All the colours are quite pigmented. And the brighter ones are more pigmented than the lighter shades.
Texture: These are actually semi matte cream finish where you get the colour in just one stroke! Wet N Wild Megalast lip colours glide easily on lips and feels very velvety that doesn’t cake, feather, or bleed. However, if you apply with a lip liner it will hold the lipstick better.
The only point that you should be worried about is that, I need to keep them in my fridge otherwise they start losing its shape (during very hot summer) which is kind of annoying but hey I should not complain as the price of these Wet n Wild Megalast lip colours are fairly good and I should not sulk over the fact that I need to keep them in my fridge. Like, who cares? Right!
Wear time: Okay I will be honest the brand itself promotes that these Wet n Wild lip colours stay on for 4 hours, so I applied it and started doing my house hold work…yes I try lipsticks at home while doing other activities at home and these lipsticks were intact for good 2.5 to 3 hours, however, once when I started eating and drinking the lipstick started fading but not in a bad way.
Most of the colours fade nicely. After 2.5 hours I did feel my lips a bit dry and so I think exfoliating lips and applying a lip balm before putting on these Wet n Wild Megalast lip colours is a good idea. Wet n Wild Megalast in shade “Wine Room”:
A medium to deep rose Pink kinda shade which I think is perfect for both day and night parties ???? I absolutely adore this colour!
Wet n Wild Megalast in shade “Bare It All”:
A medium/light pinkish nude (with peach understones).
Wet n Wild Megalast in shade “Sandstorm”:
is a warm medium orange/brown colour. Known as a dupe for Anastasia Beverly Hills Ashton. Though I have not used the later colour personally and you can always google to check the shade cards or swatches online ????
Wet n Wild Megalast in shade “Mocha-licious”:
is a dark warm mocha brown colour. Known to be a dupe for KVD Everlasting liquid lipstick Lolita, Mac whirl and Kat von d cathedral. (Please do a swatch analysis before buying dupes, the above information is on basis of swatches available on internet)
Wet n Wild Megalast in shade “Coral-ine”:
A bright coral red colour. I love this bright shade of Red ????
Wet n Wild Megalast in shade “Cheery Bomb”:
A dark plum-red shade and you will instantly like this if you are into purples ????
