Hello people,

Day 04 of the Detox is the toughest because you have to live only on bananas and milk on this particular day. It becomes monotonous because you don’t have variety and for me it was even more difficult because I hate milk and I don’t relish bananas either, so it was like punishment to me. I thought several times to call it quits but a little more determination and a little more water keeps you going. I felt lethargic by the end of day 04 but was happy that I could manage half of the Detox plan.

Today’s hero is from Westside which is super chic and affordable. Again they are flats so comfort is not a constraint. I bought these for its unique color and the beautiful antique gold details. It’s a perfect match with a plain white tee and military print shorts!
