So when I came to know about “The Nature’s Co. Evening Primrose Hair Cleanser For Fine Hair”, which stated to be moisturizing, repairing and of essentials oils that take care of the hair and the scalp I couldn’t stop myself from buying it!

I have fine hair and dry scalp and therefore I need shampoo that is moisturizing and that can provide a little bounce to my thin hair. Moisturizing shampoos are important for dry itchy scalps to soothe it.  after all it was a great bargain as I got this from the nature’s co sale where few of their products were on 50% discount. The shampoo is from “Atmospure” range .

My Experience With The nature’s Co. Evening  Primrose Hair Cleanser

The very fact that a product is all natural makes the hair on my hand bristle due to excitement! I ordered online stuffs from the Nature’s Co sale, and packed nicely it reached me in few days. The first item that I started using was the shampoo and the conditioner from the primrose range, as I was in dire need of some help that can take care of my scalp and hair at the same time.

Evening primrose is a hair cleanser that comes in a transparent plastic sturdy neat bottle. I love the packaging! There is a card tagged along with the bottle which says “know about your ingredients”. Inside it just told about the evening primrose flower.

The cleanser is yellow in color when in bottle & just like a transparent gel when at the back of my hand. It is thin and of runny consistency. It smells great and like that of a flower. A little more than the usual amount is needed to make it lather. I am okay with it as the harmful ingredients which make the shampoos lather are not present in this one! As I washed my hair with it, the hair felt a little heavy 🙁 . After the full wash I felt that my scalp is squeaky clean and the hair shiny. My happiness knew no bounds and just when I thought I found my HG shampoo but, I realized that my hair has become a little dry in texture.

Well I guess I am happy as I got an itchy scalp some time back and this shampoo took care of it. I clean my hair everyday with it as it’s natural and sensitive to my hair. This way my locks are tangle free and  in a better condition.

But apart from the cleaning part this shampoo won’t serve any other purpose. Like I thought that maybe it would provide some bounce or shine but it failed in that prospect.

1) Its claims to be natural and devoid of harmful chemicals.

2) It provides a clean scalp.

3) Helped get rid of itchiness on my scalp!

4)  It cleanses hair properly and doesn’t leave any residue behind.

5)  Since it’s all natural and gentle it can be used daily.

6) Nature’s co. produce cruelty free and vegan products! 🙂

Turn Off: The nature’s Co. Evening  Primrose Hair Cleanser

1)    It didn’t provide any bounce to my thin straight hair.

2)    It didn’t do any good to the texture of my dry hair.

3)    The hair didn’t look shiny and full of life as I was expecting it to be.

4)    Not a small amount but more than the required amount is required to make it lather.

5) It is very expensive. (Though I got it on discount)

“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER”– A cleanser that works well and helps getting rid of the itchy scalp and moisturizes it at the same time. It is something that can be used daily. But, apart from the cleaning it didn’t show any extra love  to my hair 🙁
