One fine day I stumbled upon this product while browsing through skincare range in the supermarket. I had heard that St. Ives is America’s best brand when it comes to scrubs and I always wanted to give it a try!

    I bought the smaller packaging (28g) so that I could try the product without any post shopping guilt.

Now isn’t that all we want!!! This sounds so interesting deep cleaning, smooth and glowing skin.  But is it delivering what this cute little tube promises???

MY EXPERIENCE WITH ST. IVES FRESH SKIN APRICOT SCRUB INVIGORATING

The Texture of the scrub is grainy and has sand like colour. After using this scrub for almost two months, I would say that it is an okay product.

The grains of the scrub are towards the rougher side so I wasn’t able use it every day.

But yes twice or thrice a week I did use it.

Personally I feel there is nothing special about this product. It’s like any other scrub available in the market. It exfoliates well and over continuous usage imparts some amount of glow to the face like any other scrub would do, but does nothing to win the crown of being the best scrub ever.

It could be purchased if exfoliation is the only need, and if you need a change.  But if you buy it thinking, that it’s America’s #1 product and it would make you glow like Kareena Kapoor does, post her marriage, then it would be a letdown.

TURN ON: St. IVES FRESH SKIN INVIGORATING SCRUB

1)    Does exfoliation very well.

2)     It’s natural! And parabens free.

3)    Its natural formulation is good for sensitive skin.(but cannot be used daily by people who have sensitive skin)

4)    It didn’t break me out

TURN OFF: St. IVES INVIGORATING SCRUB

1) Its too strong to be used daily

2) Didn’t do any good to my blackheads and whiteheads:(

“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER”- St. IVES INVIGORATING SCRUB CONTAINS NATURAL INGREDIENTS AND CAN BE USED AS A SCRUB WHEN STRONG EXFOLIATION IS REQUIRED. IT’S A NO-NO FOR SENSITIVE SKIN. IT DIDN’T BREAK ME OUT BUT STILL I WOULD SAY IT’S AN OKAY PRODUCT, NOTHING GREAT ABOUT IT!
