To day I will talk about the best face wash for acne prone skin. In the past I have used many face wash tubes. Some I liked some I hated. Of course that’s the way it is with us…Isn’t it! We just can’t love everything. Different products react differently on different people. I hope I am making sense! What I mean to say in simple terms that what suits me may not suit someone else and vice versa. However still we take some clues by the reviews on the web and make our mind of what would be good for us. So taking the culture forward here I am with yet another face wash which I tested, liked and can’t wait to share my experiences! I have sensitive acne prone skin and this is one drugstore brand from which I found best face wash for acne prone skin.

I have used tones of Dove Deep Pure Face Wash Pore Care Reviewed Here and it was my HG until I got to test H2O+ Marine Calm Gentle Creamy Cleanser reviewed here and liked it equally! Both are great for oily skin! H2o goes one step further and helps sensitive skin as well! 🙂

My Experience With Pond’s Pure White Deep Cleansing Facial Foam Activated Carbon + Vitamin B3

Now this will be simple and to the point review. The face wash is creamy & packed in a black plastic tube which has a flip cap. The black color is just black and classy looking! It shines too a little…lol. It smells nice . It boasts to have activated carbon in the formula which lifts away the “dirt and impurities”! Activated carbon actually helps in reducing the acne and other skin impurities.

Well the face wash is a little thick ( not too thick) and of grey color & just a pea size of the cleanser is needed to cover the full face. It foams really well and spreads amazingly on the face. As I washed my face the very first time I could see that all the dirt and grime is taken away by this face wash in just one wash. My oily skin remained oil free for couple of hours too!

The best part is that it didn’t dry out my face. It also makes my face soft and it looks clean and fresh. It gets washed off easily and without using too much water or to say in other form it doesn’t give any slippery kind of feeling.

How it would work on blemish I am unable to test as I don’t have any blemish on skin.

2) Activated carbon takes away all the dirt and impurities in just one wash.

4) Didn’t break me out.

5) Helped keeping the acne at bay.

6) It didn’t dry out my oily skin.

1) It’s not for dry skinned.

2) Though its a good option during summers for me  but during cold weather even I find it a little drying which is not the case with my other HG face washes!

“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER”– I am  really impressed by ponds deep cleansing facial foam. It’s good for my oily skin where it takes away all the dirt and impurities in just one wash without making it dry. However dry skin people use this at one’s own discretion.
