We have talked about the aspect time and again that apart from cleaning the face, an important step is to use a good facial scrub to prevent the blackheads and dry, dead skin. Apart from my Red Lentils Scrub I do use the scrubs available in the market!

The only concern is that we should not overdo it, and therefore it should be used not more than twice/thrice a week if you have normal/oily/ and 1-2 times if you have dry/sensitive skin. However if the scrub is homemade and extremely mild the number of usage can be increased accordingly.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH NIVEA AQUA EFFECT SKIN REFINING SCRUB

Let’s get to the heart and soul of this post. This is my most loved scrub which I have used many times and always go back to it no matter what! It’s the “NIVEA SKIN REFINING SCRUB” which is meant for normal skin but it works for my oily skin as well!

The white color scrub with blue micro beads present in it gives a gentle scrub, loosens and removes the oil, dirt, grime, while retaining the needed moisture. It smells like a classy perfume and feels cool on skin. Leaves my skin squeaky clean and radiant! The tube is transparent with a blue hint shade on it and is travel friendly. It has a flip open cap which is strong enough to keep the pack inside and doesn’t allow it to leak. It helps keep oil at bay and also took care of the blackheads on my nose! Can I ask for more? Well little goes a long way so I cannot even say it’s an expensive option!

6)    I think this will suit all skin types! ( though the ones with extremely dry skin need to try and see if this works for them or not)

7)    It’s mild and didn’t irritate my skin.

8)    Didn’t break me out. ( if you have severe acne already don’t use it as the beads can be abrasive)

“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER”- It’s the best scrub to get rid of skin coarseness. Doesn’t dry out the skin and keeps the necessary moisture intact! Apart from the harmful chemicals, I absolutely love it.
