My Experience with Maybelline White Super Fresh Compact
The Maybelline White SuperFresh Compact comes in a simple white packaging with a mirror on the inside of the cover and a sponge inside. The sponge is soft and good for touch ups however I prefer using this compact with a powder brush. This product has a mild floral fragrance which fades in seconds. The compact has a powdery finish but it is finely milled so it blends easily giving a natural finish and matte texture. It does brighten up the complexion giving a medium natural coverage. Can be used over a foundation or on its own for a fresh, no makeup, oil free face. Fairness is one claim I will not comment on and the 12 hour claim is also exaggerated because it keeps the skin looking fresh for 6-7 hours as tested on oily skin after which a touch up is required.The Maybelline White SuperFresh Compact can be non forgiving if you have dry patches.
Pearl is the lightest shade with pink undertones and is meant for very fair skin tones. Shell is a warm shade with yellow undertones, it will suit fair to medium skin tones. I am in the shade shell and the darkest being Coral is just a bit darker than shell so it will be difficult to find a perfect shade for dusky girls.
It’s a must have for all skin types, ill tell you how
Dry skin : I have dry skin at the moment and I use it as a setting powder after which I use finishing spray to take away the powdery look from the face.
Combination skin : Keep it in your bag to dab on your t zone when it gets oily because it just soaks up all the oil instantly.
Oily skin : To mattify the skin, keeping it oil free for hours.
