My Experience With Maybelline Baby Lips Candy Wow

Like I said, the all new Candy Wow Baby Lips come in an adorable colour coded, crayon style packaging, which is the USP of this product. The Raspberry variant, has a yummy fragrance and an amazing colour pigmentation. One swipe will give you a berry pink colour with glossy finish and multiple swipes are capable enough to cover pigmented lips as well, its that strong. The colour and glossy finish does fade off but the tint remains for very many hours. The colour pay off is better than any of the tinted balms that I have seen.

The texture of these is a bit more waxy than what we generally see in the baby lips formula and it feels quite hydrating on dry lips, but surprisingly the effect lasts for not more than 3-4 hours. The lips still don’t feel very dry after that duration but in winters at least, you will feel the urge to reapply. These do moisturise but they are not the best lip balms to repair extremely dry chapped lips.

If you ask me to compare these Baby Lips with its predecessors then I would say that the former is more hydrating and you get double the quantity, on the other hand, these new babies are fancy and more pigmented.

The Maybelline Candy Wow Baby Lips are more like sheer lipsticks rather than lip balms because of the strong tint that they have. Its great for college girls, who can apply these without really getting that look from Momma!!!

Raspberry is a very beautiful berry pink that will suit all skin tones. It makes the lips look naturally pink, its so addictive that I see myself reaching out for this, lot many times a day. I dont think this product is worth a miss and you should buy at least one of these for sure.
