I am a lip gloss person. I love wearing lip glosses but the only problem I find with them is that some are really sticky and if by any chance my hair is stuck to my lips wearing a gloss, then it certainly travels all the way to my cheek making it look weirdly untidy. I am always searching for lip glosses with a little less stickiness and while on  a treasure hunt,  I discovered new L’Oreal  glam shine balmy gloss!

Now since it says balmy an already confused mind starts assuming that there would be less colour payoff and low staying power!

IS IT REALLY TRUE WITH THESE NEWBIES? READ ON TO KNOW MORE!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH LOREAL GLAM SHINE 910 PASSION FRUIT PERFECTBALMY GLOSS

These look like a thinner version of chubby sticks. Like a pencil gloss maybe. The tip is like that of a crayon and I can see some GOLDEN shimmer particles on the tip. The shimmer is visible on my lips as well but is very subtle. These can be sported during days as well as for quick get together with your friends at night.

I like my passion fruit perfect balmy gloss as a moisturiser for my lips. It gives me nice peachy colour which nourishes my lips. THE GOLD shimmer in it makes it look a little orange sometimes. After applying the gloss I can feel as if it’s pampering my pout! It’s not too pigmented but the colour pay off is good keeping in mind that it’s a balm gloss. I can build the colour on my lips by repeated application of it. Just one application would give subtle sheer peach colour.  It stays on my lips for 2 hours without eating. During drinks it did transfer on my cup. The shimmer particles stay for even longer than two hours timeline.

However I have found that as a swatch it looks very peachy(hint of orange because of the gold shimmer)  and nice but,  on the lips it tends to adapt the colour as that of my lips. I mean on my lips I cannot see the same peachy colour as I see on my hand when swatched!( I hope I make sense )  Since these are sheer glosses, these are not meant for pigmented lips.

TURN ON: LOREAL GLAM SHINE 910 PASSION FRUIT PERFECTBALMY GLOSS

1)    Glam shine balmy gloss is moisturizing and nourishes my lips nicely.

2)    The colour payoff is good to okayish.

3)    It’s a must have for dehydrated lips!

4)    It’s a shiny balm gloss and is daily wearable balm gloss.

5)    It’s very light weight!

6)    It non-sticky and doesn’t stick like normal glosses.( Hurray)

7) No weird smell present.

TURN OFF: LOREAL GLAM SHINE 910 PASSION FRUIT PERFECTBALMY GLOSS

1)    WELL SINCE IT’S A BALM GLOSS SO I WAS PREPARED FOR THE LOW STAYING POWER. Its stays on my lips for 2 hours without eating.

2)    These are transferable.

3)    High price. after all  Its just a moisturising balm with less staying power.

4)    After some time the shimmer seems to set in fine lines! The colour vanishes and shimmer stays which I don’t like!

(you can see the swatch as well how it settled in fine lines)

COSMOCHICS RATING:  3.5/5

“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER”- LOREAL GLAM SHINE 910 PASSION FRUIT PERFECT BALMY GLOSS is a lovely creation and has a nice peach colour. The balm gloss is quite moisturising and pampers my lips. The turn off is, it settles in fine lines and has less staying power.
