Hi All,

All of us love monsoon season, but does our skin love it equally?

Unfortunately such is not the case! Because the moist air during this weather forms an appropriate condition for the bacterial and fungal growth.

We really should take great care of our skin in this weather. Here are some Skin Care Tips. It’s right from your kitchen where you have locked the treasure of beautiful skin.

TOMATOES: Tomato is an amazing fruit. It is equally good for the skin as it is for our food. It is an outstanding source of antioxidant and lycopene, and at the same time it is very rich in Beta Carotene which is a blessing for the skin. If your skin becomes oily even after washing your face at regular intervals just like a fried Poppadom 😛 , then Tomatoes are the best solution to solve the problem. Just crush them and apply it on your face and see the magic!

HONEY Honey’s property to absorb and retain the moisture makes it a godsend fluid for the skin.

Mix it with lemon or milk and let it work because it has the best anti-microbial properties. It definitely leaves your skin radiant and smooth.

CITRUS FRUITS: An orange refreshes and can revitalize your skin. They also have deodorizing properties which makes them must-use fruits in the monsoon season. Oranges can be directly applied on the skin or can be mixed with honey (for dry skin) and gram flour ( for Normal,Oily skin) to make an amazing pack, just apply and leave it for 15-20 minutes, rub gently in circular motions and wash it off.
