Kiwi mint smoothie is an easy drink to prepare and add a little something extra to your daily drinks. This drink not just looks amazing but is refreshing too and since Kiwifruits are high in nutrients and low in calories they help us to have a healthy lifestyle. The fruit kiwi has a brown skin and inside is full of fresh green flesh! The kiwifruit is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Vitamin E. Due to high vitamin C; it’s great for skin tone and texture. The potassium and fiber in kiwis helps to have a healthy heart too!

Mint – is a herb that is used as a freshener normally but, one must know that is has served us for more than 100 years!  A number of products have mint as the base element just because of its medical properties. It helps in digestion and its aroma helps if you are suffering from a headache. Even if you are depressed its aroma would help you to relax.

Now that we know that both the Kiwifruit and the mint leaves serve us lots of benefits, let us follow with a recipe that would charge up our batteries!!!

Items you need to prepare this drink-

Directions– Place all these ingredients in your blender and blend it until it is smooth. And now your refreshing delicious smoothie is all ready to cheer up your mood!

Bonus Tips :

Be generous with the Quantity of Ice , It will Taste better.

While serving, place some salt on the rim of the glass, while sipping it will enhance the flavor of the drink.

Try adding some salt and lemon drops to the drink while blending, it gives it a different flavor.

You can even try adding little bit of curd if it appeals you taste buds.
