Himalaya Herbals Rich Cocoa Butter Body Cream
Hi guys, so I am back with another product that I am using right at the moment. It is none other than Himalaya Herbals Rich Cocoa Butter Body Cream.
So, I was looking for a body moisturiser that isn’t sticky and also moisturises well. I apply body moisturisers and creams daily as it is good to maintain the elasticity of our body skin.
It is important for skin improvement and for skin maintenance. Face and body moisturisers are different. And so, one should use the face moisturiser for face and body moisturiser or body cream for the rest of the body. It is no hassle for me to play body creams /moisturises as now it is a daily routine and I have been following this since quite some time now.
So, to keep your body healthy and nourished do not skip applying a body moisturiser or a body cream.

My Experience with Himalaya Herbals Rich Cocoa Butter Body Cream
Himalaya Herbals Rich Cocoa Butter Body Cream comes in a sturdy plastic tub. Initially I use to get uneasy seeing a tub packaging but now that I have realised that only I am using it and no other fingers go inside the tub, I am quite okay with the packaging.
However, still, I always prefer the bottle packaging over tubs, but this is ok too.
As Himalaya Herbals Rich Cocoa Butter Body Cream boasts that it contains cocoa, the outer part of the tub is packed such way. One can see rich brown colour on the tub, giving a hint that you are about to indulge in some cocoa treat.
Now this is a body cream, and body creams are supposed to be thick and very good for dry skin. In addition to this, the consistency of this body cream too, is thick and not very light. You will have to work your way to get it sink in to your skin but not too much as just few extra strokes and it gets absorbs into the skin easily.
The spread ability is good though and you do not have to apply too much pressure. Little amount is needed and is preferred as little dollop would absorb easily and quickly.
As soon as I apply the body moisturiser I can feel my skin smooth and nourished.
It is non-greasy body cream and perfect for normal skin and dry skin. It keeps my normal hands moisturised through the day while keeping my super dry legs moisturised for good 6-8 hours. I need to apply all body creams on legs again at night as I have super dry skin and that is with every cream.
Also, as I wear jeans or leggings the whole day the cream gets removed (wiped off) from skin and hence another application is needed.
It does nourish the skin and on regular use one can witness a glow in their skin. The key is to apply it everyday after taking shower with cold water or lukewarm water. Do not use hot water for bathing as it dries your skin.

4)This is non-greasy and contains 100% herbal actives.
5) Dermatologically tested, noncomedogenic and hypoallergenic.
6) It is perfect for my Normal hand skin type to Dry legs.

Turn off: Himalaya Herbals Rich Cocoa Butter Body Cream
Not really a turn off but the smell is too sweet. I would have loved it even more had it got that dark chocolate kind of smell that isn’t sweet.’
“Info on a silver platter”: I am liking this body cream at the moment. Not the greatest smell as it is a bit too sweet for my liking but considering the fact that it keeps my skin moisturised really long, I am sold and would recommend it to anyone who loves budget friendly products.

I was thinking of buying this cos my skin has been getting extra dry these days. Apart from the over sweet fragrance this sounds really good for the skin.
Yup! Moisturising wise it is pretty good 🙂
