Okay, we are humans and we all have hair on our body. That pretty natural-normal. Right? Yes, we are in the world where the beauty is described in terms of how smooth your skin. I guess looking pretty is a pressure on we all are face at the some point of time! But My friend find for smooth skin is not because of any pressure out of sheer necessity. I don’t want clubbed a man due to the abnormal growth of facial hair on my face! So blame my imbalanced hormones cannot explain each and every person meet on a day to day basis so I decide to shave!

Guys, we all have hair all over our body. Yes, at times the percentage can be more and I agree that it gets irritating after a point.

Yes, there are certain food items that can help you balance your hormones naturally. These foods helped me a lot hence sharing them below:

1. I eat a lot of protein. One should consume protein first before eating any starch food. Protein foods like dal, eggs, almonds, chicken breasts, milk, broccoli etc.
2. I do regular exercises. Yoga has helped me for medication. meditation and pranayama exercises are helpful to recover from this medical condition.
3. I also avoid sugar, refined carb white bread, white rice, pasta etc.
4. I try to get high quality sleep and this is because I read an article recently, that explains the importance of high-quality sleep. Which actually allows release of growth hormone, occurring mainly at night during deep sleep.

My Experience With Gillette Venus Breeze Hair Removal Razor

I absolutely love Gillette Venus Breeze Hair Removal Razor. It is packed in a nice carton and comes in two colour options pink and blue. Th built-in gel bars of Avacado in the pink variation is a total game changer! It has a 3 spring mounted blades which helps in giving the best possible and closet shave.

They ask to just apply water and use the razor against the direction of hair growth  but I do prep my skin and apply my creamy face wash to get easy glide on my  acne prone skin.

The avocado gel bars on Gillette Venus Breeze razor makes shaving an aesy task and I get nice and easy grip too. But yes, one has to be careful while shaving as a hurry can result in a cut and this logic applies to all razors!

It has a moving, rounded shaving head and so carefully I shave my face. I usually use it on my chin and upper lips area. This works really well and gives a clean shave without any cuts or rashes.

The only concern is that I think the Avacado bars would get washed easily as the razor has to be washed after every use. Since the gel bars are creamy, they do melt after every wash. However, this is really not a turn off and just a concern. The razor can be used to up to 10-15 days(1 time a day in my case) and it can be more as per the usage by different people.

All in all, I really like this product a lot and I have never been at so much ease with a razor before! It does remove fine hair!

Gillette Venus Breeze Hair Removal Razor can be used on your legs, hands, bikini area, and face as well ???? I only use it on my chin and upper lips area. Though sometimes I do think that the cushioned gel bar (lips) on the razor does come in the way when I shave and makes it a bit difficult.

It becomes easier when the gel bars become thin after using sometimes. You need to be causious with this one when using for the very first time and it may be complicated. I would suggest to start shaving with the simpler razor which is also available.
