Are you crazy about chocolates? Can’t get enough of it?

Here is an amazing form to enjoy your fantasy!!!

My cousin loves baking and whenever I visit her in Delhi she goes crazy cooking and serves me all kinds of heavenly tasting delicacies.

So last year when I visited her I asked her to make something for me without baking, it was actually a test and I was so sure that she won’t be able to produce anything without baking. But to my surprise she went into the kitchen and started preparing something quietly. I was shocked to see that she didn’t ask me to shop for the ingredients and so I became all the more excited and curious to know about this recipe which can be prepared without any fuss and going out of the house!

INGREDIENTS-

1)    80gms biscuits ( any sweet ones)

2)    100gms butter (unsalted) it is imp to use unsalted butter i didnt get any so in a hurry used amul butter but its really salty..hehe

3)    100gms powdered sugar

4)    1 teaspoon vanilla essence

5)    100 gms chocolate (brown or dark)

6)    10 gms Gems for decoration

METHOD-

1)    Crush the biscuits on a rolling board using a rolling pin.IMG_5555

Put together the biscuits of your choice and  powdered sugar and mix the mixture. so that it makes little tiny crumbs. Don’t overdo it; it should not be all powdery.

2)   Then melt the butter in a bowl. When it’s all melted, mix it together with the vanilla extract, biscuits and sugar in a large mixing bowl.

3)   Mix it all well so that there are no lumps and then pour this mixture in your tin which is lined with a grease proof paper. I have used aluminium foil here.

4)   Take chocolate in a bowl.

Now melt the chocolate in a mocrowave for few seconds so that it melts a little. But always remember you should not use the microwave to melt the whole chocolate lot, otherwise it burns and gives a little diffrent flavour.

Once the chocolate melts a little melt it completely by using double boiler trick!

This way the chocolate melts completely as shown in the picture below!!

Once all this is done, put the butter, biscuit and vanilla extract mixture in the prepared tin and pour the melted chocolate over it.

Tap the tin to bring out the bubbles. And after tapping decorate the mixture as shown below.

5)   Keep this tin in your refrigerator for three to four hours.
