Faces Ultra Lip Plump: Review & Swatches

I have never tried lip plumper till now so when I saw a pretty pink Lip gloss at the faces counter which also read as a lip plumper ….I was like voila….this is it ,so this was a short story about how I owned the faces ultra lip plump.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH FACES ULTRA LIP PLUMPER:
The plumper comes in a regular rectangular glass packaging with a silver cap. The applicator is similar to that of Nail paint and not like the usual sponge applicator. It does a descent job while applying and is quite easy to define the shape of lips with this.
Color looks bright neonish pink in the tube but when applied on the lips it looks to be a very pretty rosy color with golden glitter particles but this glitter is very fine that it is barely visible.

The color is light and non buildable. The gloss is pretty thick but glides smoothly and does not feel heavy or uncomfortable at all. It’s very hydrating and moisturising and non-sticky. It smells of peppermint. The smell lasts for 15 seconds or so. It also gives a mild tingling effect which obviously is normal since it is a plumper. Now the most awaited plump effect…….the answer is yes, it does plump your lips to an extent , not dramatically but yes it makes a difference . It smoothes away fine lines and results is a plumpy shiny pout. The plumping effect lasts for just an hour and the color lasts for 2 hours without meals 🙁 after 2 hours it vanishes leaving behind soft and nourished lips.

1)    The Price of course. It’s an expensive buy.

2)     Longevity is an issue.

3)    The Smell of it can bother few people.

“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER”- This is a wonderful product coming from a brand called faces. The color and formulation both have been a hit with me and those gorgeous plumpy lips it gives is surely a head turner so thumbs up from my side.
