I was first introduced to this shade through a facebook group called “MM”- The admin of the group used to re-create different eyelook along with lipstick . Faces Ultime Pro Long wear Lipstick “Read My Lip” is a swanky shade, a must have pink shade for every pink lovers.

My Experience With Faces Read My Lips Ultime Po Long Wear Matte Lipstick

Faces Read My Lips lipstick is a medium-deep hot fuchsia pink color. This is one of the best shades from this range. I love to wear deep and bright fuchsia pinks, anytime of the year.

The shade “Read My Lip”- is quite popular. It is the hot bright pink which can perk up any dull face instantly. You don’t need tons of makeup with this shade.

It is enriched with Vitamin E and anti-aging oxidants which obviously help in keeping the moisture level of lips. It has creamy and smooth texture to it and water proof high coverage, well I never got an opportunity to try and test it in rains… But as it can survive heavy meals, oily food and drinks, I can say- it has waterproof technology to it.

Packaging- It comes in a long, slim black matte tube type packaging. The cap is quite sturdy and close with tight click which looks quite comfortable to hold and carry.

Texture-Faces Ultime Pro Longwear Lipstick Read My Lips has a matte finish for the uber chic! The formula is very smooth, its glides on lips without tugging or pulling. Though it is matte, but it is very comfortable on lips. It doesn’t dry out my super dry lips or settles into dry lines.

Lasting Power- Faces claim that  it lasts more than 8 hours- Honestly I can’t comment on that because I never tried to keep any lipstick on for that long. I eat, drink and even kiss (often lol), therefore no lipstick lasts on me for more than 4-5hrs. However, I saw it survived heavy meals easily with very little fading from inside. I must say it will last for 5 hours straight without any fading.

Pigmentation- it is extremely pigmented and you can get a perfect shade in just 1 swipe.  You will need a heavy duty makeup remover to remove it. Also it stains my lips which I sometimes hate. I mean what’s the purpose of staining lips when you are at home ?? 😛

“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER”- Girls I am saying this shade can give your face a kick on a dull and gloomy day. If you need only one product for your face, then this is it!! I never praise anything unless it impresses me enough. Although the price is little bit on the higher side but it is definitely worth buying. Richly pigmented, long lasting, non fading, non smudging, non drying. HOT PINK for HOT SOULS. Definitely not a miss! <3
