FACES GLAM ON Lipgloss “PUNCH” 10: Review, Swatches

My sister from Singapore asked me to send her FACES GLAM ON Lip gloss (any shade that is close to reddish orange ) and I picked up Sanguive Slush for her.

And there was my first introduction with Faces Glam On lip gloss. It’s all new, and comes with attractive packaging which literally made me buy another one for myself 😛 … There are 12 shades in total out of which I liked the shade called “PUNCH”- shade no. 10.

What Company Claims:

Moisturized lips, radiant and full of light with an envelope of bright colour with this long lasting lipgloss that lasts for more than 6 hours. – Wow now that’s a nice claim!

My Experience With FACES GLAM ON Lip gloss Shade 10 “PUNCH”

FACES GLAM ON Lip gloss Shade 10 “PUNCH”, is a bright blue based hot pink with shimmers varying in colors in it. It is now one of my favorite shades of all time. The shade looks more vibrant and pretty in-person. Not so bright on lips though.

Packaging- I am totally (fida) in love with packaging. The packaging itself feels luxurious enough that nobody can ignore it easily. The reason why I picked FACES GLAM ON Lip gloss is firstly, because of the packaging and secondly, for the shade. The long rectangular high quality plastic packaging comes with shiny gold cap (as you can see in the picture below).

Shade & Pigmentation- The shade itself is quite attractive and would be loved by those who love bright pinks with extra zest in it 😉 .

When I tried it at the store it looked more subtle and sheerer than what you see in tube. Very wearable of course, the micro shimmers are not even noticeable on lips but it makes your lips luminous. The iridescent particles reflect light making the lips look lustrous!

It has semi-opaque color coverage and has sheer to buildable formula.

I get nice coverage in 3 layers. It can hide pigmentation of lips by adding couple of extra layers.

Texture – FACES GLAM ON Lip gloss is soft and subtle on lips. I have always mentioned to all my friends that I hate sticky lipglosses, I tried Mac lipglasses they are super sticky but then that’s how they are so long lasting. Anyways this is my 2^nd lipgloss so far and I liked the quality of it. They are not as sticky as Mac lipglasses. It’s sticky (If you know what I mean) but not annoyingly sticky.

I felt the stickiness has something to do with its moisturizing properties as well. It keeps my lips super plump and moisturized for the whole day even after it fades. It’s applied smoothly without any patchy effect. Never budges or smudges from lip, however I prefer using lip liner underneath before applying lipglosses.

Frangrance- The scent of FACES GLAM ON Lip gloss is quite similar to an artificial caramel.

Staying Power- I personally don’t see the lasting power for 6 hours as it promised. I get 4 hours of wear time with munching but I am impressed how it leaves my lips super moisturized for the whole day even after fading.

1)   Definitely 4.7/ 5 on packaging.

2)   For shade it is a  4.5/5 for me.

3)   The moisturizing property is fabulous.

4)   Has sparkles in it but hardly noticeable once applied.

5)   Lasting power is again fabulous, 4 hours or more but definitely less than 6 hours.

6)   It easily survives mini meals too.

7)   Sheer to buildable color coverage.

8)   Caramel scent is quite soothing.

9)   Slightly sticky which I like as it stays longer because of that!

10) Make my lips looks shiny and fuller.

 11) No budging or smudging from lip lines.

Turn Off: FACES GLAM ON Lip-gloss Shade 10 “PUNCH”

• Nothing at all !!! It lived up to my expectations.

“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER”– FACES GLAM ON Lip gloss has a very nice formula! It is definitely worth buying considering the price. I am very choosy about everything I pick, and honestly I loved it!

These glosses are long lasting, nicely pigmented and moisturizing on lips.  These glosses come in 12 different shades.  So far I have not seen them online.
