Faces Cosmetics had introduced two new colours in its Ultime pro nail lacquer collection last year, and they are the Pantone colours of the year, Rose Quartz(Rose) and Serenity(Lilac) in two finishes, opaque and pearl. I bought the pearl finish and believe me the first coat made me fall in love with it.

My Experience With The Faces Cosmetics Ultime Pro Nail Lacquer – Rose Quartz
The bottle comes in a pretty shape, with a brush that is not too wide but has closely packed bristles to give an easy application and non-streaky finish. This is a muted rosy pink shade that will suit any skin tone. It’s such a sophisticated everyday pink colour, suitable for all age groups. The formula is impressive, it is thick but dries quickly and just one stroke is all you need to get an opaque perfection. I chose the pearl finish and little did I know that it dries down to a sand texture like that of the faces sand coat. So it looks matte with very slight glitter peeking through when it comes in contact with light. Looks so so so pretty.
The lasting power is 5-6 days straight but that varies from person to person. You cannot finish it up with a top coat because that will change the texture of the nail polish.

Beautiful finish, pretty colour, amazing staying power, this Faces Cosmetics Ultime Pro Nail Lacquer delivers all of it. I am tempted to buy lilac in the same finish but will buy the opaque finish just so that I can compare and let you guys know which one fared better.
