Info on a silver platter: So, here were my Top 10 face wash for oily skin. Genetics, age and time of the year and also the weather in which you live in decides the type of your skin. Home remedies often reduce symptoms without the use of prescription drugs or expensive skin care regimens. However, drinking good quantity of water, exercising regularly, washing my face with plain water 2-3 times a day does help me in keeping the oiliness on my skin at bay.

Moreover, I have learnt over the years that choosing water-based products instead of oil-based helps my skin breathe. Most importantly, my dermatologist also advised me to look for products labelled noncomedogenic as those are less likely to clog pores.
