BeYu Stay Matt Make Up Base Review
Hi guys, I know its been long but I am back with BeYu Stay Matt Make Up Base Review. It is a new product that I saw on Nykaa and so thought to purchase and test it. Also, I am always look out for a good base product so that I do not have to apply many layers of makeup.
In addition to this, I also want something that extends the wear time of my foundation so that I do not have to bother about touch ups.

My Experience with BeYu Stay Matt Make Up Base
So, as confirmed from its product description it is a primer that is suppose to be mattifying and pore refining. Also, Let me give you a quick honest condition of my skin.
Believe me I have combination to oily that changes to oily anything with the increase in temperature or humidity. In other words, it is moody. On top of that the pores on my cheeks are now as big as you would see pot holes on a road that is in a bad condition! Okay, I am exaggerating, maybe a bit too dramatic.
But believe me the pores on my face are very visible and therefore, I need something to smooth the surface.
The packaging of the product is good. It comes in a pump dispenser bottle that is not of glass and a sturdy plastic bottle! Thank god I have the most shaky hands!
So, I apply this makeup base, which has a light texture (the primer) on my nicely exfoliated and clean skin. It is able to fill the pits in a nice way but not drastically. No doubt. It works but not as good as my Benefit Cosmetics The POREfessional Face Primer.
BeYu Stay Matt Make Up Base did refine pores optically, though a little more product is needed. Maybe because the condition of my skin is bad. I am sure you will need less if you have less, small pores or no pores. On very big and prominent pores this might not work that great but nevertheless it provides really nice base for makeup.
The second feature that I like about BeYu Stay Matt Make Up Base is that it looks like a tinted makeup base however it sets as a moisturiser that is clear and no added colour or tint. I use my foundation on it and then Maybelline Fit Me Pressed Powder in shade 310 Sun Beige
BeYu Stay Matt Make Up Base did last my makeup. I didn’t test it for the whole day. But it kept my makeup as it is for good 5 hours which is amazing for my oily skin and the weather here in Bangalore. I needed a touch up after 5 hours only with my pressed powder.
Since it gives silky smooth skin on application I am hoping it is silicone base. I am not sure as the ingredients list is not present on bottle. However, it made the application of makeup easier. My skin looks and feels smooth after the application of BeYu Stay Matt Make Up Base. In addition to this, it is dermatologically tested and I experienced no breakouts or anything weird after using BeYu Stay Matt Make Up Base.

1) It is perfect for my oily skin as it mattifies the shiny areas on face on application. So, a perfect product!
2) Yes, it refines pores optically to an extent.
3) Extends the wear time of makeup to 1-2 hours.
4) Makes application of makeup easier.
5)It has Hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E. Good to know Information:
Hyaluronic acid benefits the skin as it protects the skin from UVB rays. And, it has unique ability to hold in moisture. ((1000 ml of water per gram of hyaluronic acid).)
6) This gives silky soft skin.

1)The price is definitely a hindrance in buying a new bottle 😛
2)Small amount of primer may not be adequate for optimum results if you have really large pores.
Info on a silver platter: “I am liking BeYu Stay Matt Make Up Base as of now as a makeup base. I have already used it as the makeup base couple of times and liking it. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this product as it did well on my skin. Though I was hoping that it would work better on the large pores. But I understand that my skin condition is really in a bad state.
