If you interested in seeing the best of Mountains, Scenic Drives and Nature then a road trip from Bangalore to Nandi hills is a must see.
Though it gets extremely crowded on weekends and we had a hell of a time getting a place to park our car but the amazing views were worth visiting the place.
It is 60 KMS away from Bangalore. We started very early around 3:00 am, the roads are really good and therefore it took us a little less than 1 and a half hours to reach there.( try to reach before 6 a.m. for the sunrise)
It is such a Serene & calm place to go away from the city’s hustle-bustle. We were aware that we won’t find many food outlets so carried our own food and water. (Smart ah!).
Nandi Hills is a place particularly for praiseworthy views of sunrise and sunset.

It’s like going on a date with clouds…if u r in bangalore, u can’t miss seeing the sun rise from the lap of Nandi hills…it’s a must visit place!!!!
