The Body Shop Mini Brush Kit Review

It’s well said “all good things come in small packages”!!!!

The Body Shop Mini Brush Kit / travel set is one such thing which will force you to believe the above said proverb. While doing my usual inspection at one of the body shop’s store I came across these “dwarf brushes”. Since I am not into too much makeup right now and was already looking for a set with which I can pursue my “at-home” self help makeup classes! (lol), I bought these instantly ( and took it home with quivering hands), without knowing it would serve my purpose or not.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH The Body Shop Mini Brush Kit

The kit brush mini comes in a pack with a mirror at the back! And it is designed in such a way that the pouch can be made to stand with the support of the sturdy packaging. Contains 4 brushes- Blush brush, eye shadow brush, slanted brush ( for filling brows or eyeliner as well), and a lip brush.

These brushes are a little longer than the size of my fingers. They look so cute and compact. The best thing about them is they are so convenient to carry; it’s an absolute travel friendly kit. The quality of all the brushes is good and the handle is sturdy. The bristles of each brush are soft except the lip brush which is a little harder and stands (still) upright! Maybe lip brushes are supposed to be like this, I am seriously not sure.

I can use these easily as I am an amateur at makeup especially the eye makeup and I am not sure if I would ever be able to work with those big professional ones. But in near future would love using those too, hopefully.

1)    The body shop is against animal testing.

2)    The bristles of three brushes are soft except the lip brush.

3)    The packaging has an inbuilt mirror which surely gives it a bonus point. The set is portable too 🙂

4)    It’s compact, and hence travel-friendly.

1)    I think the price is a little higher.

2)    The lip brush feels a little hard on my lips.

“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER”- If I want to carry this brush set, I don’t have to bother to create space for the kit as they are so small, they can fit anywhere! Obviously they can lie at peace in my huge handbags which I carry, but it was a pleasant surprise when they fit in my clutch as well! It’s perfect for an amateur like me. A little lesser price would have made all my wishes come true though!
