Maybelline Colorsensational Lip Polish Glam 13: Price, Review, Swatch

Hello all, today I am here to speak about one of my favourite lip products- Maybelline Colorsensational Lip Polish Glam 13 . I am not a lip-gloss person but when a single product offers you thrice the goodness, you must listen to your brain. Maybelline Color Sensational Lip Polishes come in different shades; some pinks, some browns and some reds. I have bought two of the whole collection, one is Glam 9 and the other is Glam 13. Glam 9 is more of an everyday pink, so I love it only for a go to look, but, the shade which I adore the most is this-  Lip Polish Glam 13 .

Packaging: These Lip Polishes come in a transparent plastic packaging and the product inside the packaging resembles a regular lipstick bullet. They have a metallic screw-cap with a sponge-tip applicator attached to it. The sponge tip to the applicator does a good job as it is flat (like a leaf) and glides very well on the lips as well as gives a precise application.

My Experience With Maybelline Colorsensational Lip Polish Glam 13

 Product (Pigmentation, Texture, Staying Power, etc.)-  Lip Polish Glam 13 is  decently pigmented and gives almost 80% opaque finish in two swipes (I have very pigmented upper lip). If worn on top of a lipstick it’ll be just perfect. The texture is very, very creamy. They are creamy and glossy at the same time. As it claims, they give you the benefit of 3 different products, i.e., lipstick, lip gloss and lip balm, these polishes surely live up to the expectations. They are really moisturizing, gives a moisturized feeling to the lips for a long time. These beauties have a decent lasting power, stays for quite a long time, almost 5 hours (if you don’t have a tendency to eat your lipstick like me 😛 ).

The Shade Glam 13–  Lip Polish Glam 13 is a beautiful brownish pink shade which suits almost all Indian skin tone. This shade is so natural that it has eventually become my favourite everyday lip shade. Though it looks quite brown in the bottle but the actual shade can be determined after the application!

I am totally in love with the two shades that I’ve bought from this range. Glam 13 is a lovely everyday shade. The texture, pigmentation and staying power surely demand applause. The best thing is it doesn’t have a smell, though I love sweet smelling lip products, but sometimes I need to go out with a lip product sans the smell. The only thing I felt bad about it that it feels quite heavy on my lips.
