MAC Studio FIX +Spray: Price And Review

Today I will be reviewing one of my most favorite products from MAC. It’s neither a lipstick nor a blush but a setting spray/fix plus from MAC. It’s MAC Studio FIX +Spray. This is my 2^nd bottle and it’s always with me, summers or winters I love this product!

What Company claims: An aqua-spritz of vitamin and minerals, infused with a calm-the-skin blend of green tea, chamomile, cucumber, topped off with the fresh, natural, energizing scent of Sugi. Adds radiance, finishes makeup. Spray it on. Skin drinks it up!

My Experience With MAC Studio FIX +Spray

I have been using this spray since last 1 year with or without makeup. During my purchase of MAC studio fix powder, MAC’S Mua sprayed this on me and asked to let it settle down. First, I wasn’t sure why she did that but later ( as after couple of minutes) the results were amazing!

My skin was now looking hydrated, refreshed and supple and all this happened in just few minutes! She explained to me that this not only serves as fixing spray, but also acts to keep the face hydrated. Which in return makes the skin luminous and gives a dewy finish.

I tested this couple of times more to see if it leaves the same effect on me in hot and sultry summers and winters. And yes it did work!

MAC Studio FIX +Spray is light weight, absorbs quickly, giving refreshing and cooling effect on skin without making the makeup patchy.

This is one of the most raved skincare products from MAC.

It’s a very versatile product which can be used daily; Day or night, summers or winters, this bottle is easy to carry in a hand bag without any fear of spilling the lotion. If you see the picture below, you would realize that the nozzle has a lock tag that can be locked! Hence it won’t spill in your handbag.

I have dry to combination skin and during summers it tends to get bit oily. I usually spray it all over my face skipping any moisturizer and start applying my studio fix powder. It does maintain hydration level and doesn’t make it oily or greasy. The day I don’t use any makeup, I just apply sunscreen and spray it on all over my face to get that dewy look. In winters, it’s a boon for dry skin ladies & all skin types as well. I apply studio fix powder over my moisturized face and then apply Studio fix spray and I am all set to go. No dryness, No dullness or Patchiness. It enhances my skin tone a bit each time I use it. Also gives a natural glow and my skin feels refreshed. For winters this is a must have!

This miracle product helps in smoothing and fixing the base, and also avoids any cakey look giving a flawless base. There are many ways to use MAC Studio FIX +Spray. You can spray it over a brush or a sponge to apply your foundation, Spray it on eyeshadow brushes for wet applications. Use before or after makeups, spray all over your face whenever you need hydration. This helps in setting makeup as well as help in getting rid of the ghostly cakey look!
