L’OREAL PARIS Nutrishine Vivid Rose Lipstick: Review, Swatch

It’s been a long time since L’Oreal Paris launched the Nutrishine lipsticks in “Indian Market”. I was unaware of this shade until I saw it on one of my friend. I love bright lipsticks as you all know but this one is quite glossy that helps it to stand out! I loved the shade so much that I booked it immediately. Here is the review of Nutrishine Vivid Rose lipstick for you all. 🙂

My Experience With L’Oreal Paris NutriShine Vivid Rose lipstick

L’Oreal Paris NutriShine Vivid Rose lipstick comes with transparent light pink plastic with name and shade number mentioned on it.

The Shade “Vivid Rose” is a vivid coral pink with warm undertones and has neon effect to it. Couple of layers will give you perfect coral glossy lips. I have many dupes of this shade.

Colorbar Passionate is deeper and rich in texture, where as L’Oreal Paris NutriShine Vivid Rose lipstick has light to medium pigmentation. It goes with sheer and builds easily. It has micro shimmers which are not noticeable on lips. I noticed the shimmer on my muslin cloth while removing L’Oreal Paris NutriShine Vivid Rose lipstick.

L’Oreal  Color Riche Vivid Rose is a moisturizing lipstick with glossy sheen that adds a glamorous look.  The range is formulated with Royal Jelly and Shea Butter, known for their moisturizing properties. It makes my lips super soft and smooth whole day. I don’t need any lip balm underneath. The formula looks glossy and shiny like lip-gloss; however I had no problem with bleeding or budging from edges.

As you can see the shiny glossy effect makes the lips look luscious without any dry and sticky feeling. It glides on lips like a dream, smoother than MAC lipsticks (I never thought I would say this but it’s true!). Pigmentation is sheer to buildable and gives semi-opaque finish on lips. Due to its sheer look it shows actual lip colour of lips, therefore those who have very pigmented lips needs to be careful. I am not very happy with the staying power; it lasts on me for around 2-2.30 hours. The formula is glossy and it tends to transfer a lot. But it leaves a nice pink tint on lips while fading which looks lovely.

In below picture, I have not used any lip liners but it is recommended to use lip liner to hold the shade for longer time.

• The shine and gloss make the lips look luscious.
• Glides on like butter.

 Turn Off: L’OREAL PARIS Nutrishine- VIVID ROSE LIPSTICK

• Quite expensive for a drugstore brand.
• Low staying power.
• Might bleed if layered too much.

“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER”- L’Oreal Paris NutriShine Vivid Rose lipstick is a stunning shade and the texture is buttery smooth. The sheer formula can be applied as a lip tint or lip gloss. It is a very wearable shade and even layering makes it a rocking shade! I absolutely love it!
