Fabindia Rose Facial Water: Review

Toning is an important step which can’t be missed but I am somehow very rigid when it comes to using toners loaded with chemicals. When I got to know that rose water is a natural toner, I did not think twice. When someone talks about rosewater, the first name that comes to your mind is dabur gulabari, which I had been using from a long time but now since it is not as pure as it used to be, I wanted to try something else and so from Fabindia’s  store  I found a rose water toner which is claimed to be 100% plant based soothing water i.e.  100% natural 🙂

What fabindia says: Our 100% plant based soothing water is collected during the steam distillation of flowers while extracting essential oils.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH FABINDIA’S ROSE WATER:

The rose water comes in a sleek transparent plastic bottle with a pump dispenser. This is one of the highlights of the product because this kind of dispenser is quite hygienic as well as it can be sprayed directly onto the face without the help of cotton pads.

Fabindia rosewater is a must have for me as it is one product which I use in multiple ways 🙂 as listed below-

1)    To dilute the face pack to increase its effectiveness

2)    I generally spray this rosewater on cotton pads, keep them in a container and store it in the refrigerator. Whenever I have tired eyes, I simply put these pads on them and rest for 15 minute. It provides an instant freshness.

3)    It can be use to set the foundation. Apply foundation and spray this facial water to get a natural dewy finish!

4)    Lastly it can be very effectively used as a toner since it is mild; it does not feel heavy or sticky. Can be used by all skin types. Does not result in breakouts and continued usage would give you a naturally beautiful skin.
