Sorry gurls for MIA… I lost my net all of a sudden and it took almost 5 days to get it fixed.. Thereafter, I am back with yet another review and this time it’s my first fuchsia Lipstick from MAC– MAC Amplified Lipstick Girl about Town (GAT)  😀

What MAC says: Colour plus texture for the lips. Stands out on the runway. Simmers on the street! What made M·A·C famous.

My Experience with MAC Amplified Lipstick Girl About Town

MAC describes “Girl About Town “as Blue Based Fuchsia with Amplified Cream finish. It is medium to dark cool toned fuchsia which tends to look different in different lightings. The shade is a rock star among all other shades in Amplified range. Beautiful and sexy which can go with any type of skin tones…Packaging is same as regular line. MAC amplified cream is another favorite of mine. It is rich in colour, superbly pigmented and have awesome staying power. What else you want?? Amplified Creams are creamy and glides on lips like a dream giving a semi –matte finish on lips. They are not too matte neither too creamy but a perfect balance of both. I personally feel these types of range are nice for summers as well as winters. It is moisturizing on lips and protects from drying effects. I get more than 5 hours of staying power and then it starts fading leaving a strong tint of the shade on lips.

I got attracted towards the shade since day one; I applied it at the store and it’s a winner! Definitely it wasn’t in stock then and I had to wait more than a month to get this. Guys, those who love fuchsia I HIGHLY recommend this shade. Though, it is creamy but it doesn’t smudge or budge from the lip line. Gives full coverage on lips and gives an opaque finish.

It is such a lovely & versatile shade which is suitable for almost every skin tone. A MUST HAVE!!

• Do not accentuate fine lines or sits on flakes. Best for winters  😀

• Awesome colour pays off. Gives opaque finish and smooth application on lips.
• No smudging or bulging from lip lines. Although I always recommend using lip liners to line your lips first.
• Keeps lips well moisturized even after 5 hours

• Prior moisturization is necessary for this kind of texture.
