In the process of cleaning, toning and moisturizing (CTM) I always skipped my moisturisation part due to my lack of knowledge as I had a perception that people with oily skin should avoid using moisturizers!
It was only when a close friend of mine made me aware about the fact that moisturisation is very essential step to follow, irrespective of the fact you have oily, dry or normal skin.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH LOTUS HERBALS ALPHAMOIST OIL-FREE MOISTURISER
Alphamoist is packaged in a light color opaque pump bottle and the moisturizer is white in color. I need to take very less amount of it.
Just two dollops are fine and spreads all over my face and neck very conveniently. Strong perfume smell is present in the lotion which fades away after some time but it worries me all the time I use it. I think I am a little use to it by now. I am actually using the third bottle of it!
After I apply alpahamoist I get a very smooth skin and hydrated skin, and since its oil free it keeps the oil at bay for hours! It’s a miracle product for specially oil skinned. I have used this moisturizer in summers as well as in winters and never had any problems or breakout or extra oily skin. It gives the right amount of moisture to my skin which I am in love with. Regular use of this lotion has made my face look fresh and healthy! (Bonus points).

1) Perfect for oily skin and will suit all skin types.
2) Moisturizes, softens and hydrates the skin well.
3) Travel friendly bottle, at least I carry mine wherever I go.
4) No breakouts.
5) Regular use did result in a healthy looking skin.
6) Kept extra oil at bay and I always get oil free and shine free face.
7) Very little of it is needed, therefore one bottle can be used for more than 45 days and I like the pump so much, it gives away just the amount which is needed!
8) Perfect consistency helps it spread all over face and neck area quickly.
TURN OFF: LOTUS HERBALS ALPHAMOIST ALPHA HYDROXY SKIN RENEWAL OIL-FREE MOISTURISER
1) Very strong smell, people with sensitive nose will be forced to stay away from it.
2) Though the product is enough and goes a long way, but still it looks as an expensive option.
3) It comes in an opaque bottle, so I cannot see how much is left.
4) Last and the most essential turn off; the moisturizer contains harmful chemicals like parabens.
“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER” – HAVING A SUPER OILY SKIN I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WHICH CAN ALSO BE USED AS A MAKEUP BASE AND MY HUNT ENDED AS SOON AS I STARTED USING LOTUS ALPHAMOIST. A LITTLE PRODUCT GOES A LONG WAY. IT HAS A CONSISTENCY WHICH BLENDS EASILY AND WOULD SUIT BOTH OILY AS WELL AS DRY SKIN. IT DIDN’T BREAK ME OUT AND I CARRY IT EVERYWHERE I GO! DO I NEED TO SAY MORE?

Thanks for the review. I might use this as a night cream since it has no SPF. All existing night creams make my skin dull and oily.
Have you tried himalaya herbals revitalising night cream…I have oily skin and I liked it a lot!
