Hello beautiful people..!!! After trying almost all the BB’s lets jump onto the bandwagon of CC’s. So reviewing here, the all new moisture surge cc cream with spf 30. Sounds good, isn’t it??? Well when it comes from Clinique, it sounds even better.

Did somebody ever say that first impression is the last impression? Naaaah I don’t believe this because it did not hold true in case of the Clinique moisture surge cc cream (well, for me doesn’t hold true in most of the cases, lol )

MY EXPERIENCE WITH CLINIQUE MOISTURE SURGE CC CREAM:

This cc cream comes in a cute little tube packaging which makes it hygienic and travel friendly, plus it is easy to take out the right amount of product from the tube. Like all Clinique products, it is free from harsh synthetic fragrances and has a very mild, natural fresh fragrance to it. Cc creams provide a sheer coverage to the face so I expected the same from this product. The first time when I tried this cream, I was heartbroken because I felt that it did not blend properly and also accentuated the pores and fine line which obviously is a turn off for anybody. Later I realized that my application was incorrect. This cream is meant for all skin types but you have to prep your skin accordingly. Like oily skin types can apply it directly whereas dry skin types will have to use a moisturizer. The next time I tried this cream, I moisturized my skin very well since I have a normal skin and whoa!!! I was surprised. A tiny pea sized amount is required to cover the entire face and this formula blends like a dream. It definitely takes care of redness and uneven skin tone but only to an extent. If you have major skin troubles, than you will have to look out for something with full coverage or use a concealer.

All in all I am impressed with this product. Since I don’t have major skin troubles, I find this to be a best buy for everyday base makeup because it provides color correction and sheer coverage without looking made-up plus it has spf 30 which adds a few more points to its kitty.it lasts well for four to five hours depending upon your climatic conditions after which the face starts losing its freshness. It lasts longer when set with a loose powder.
